Memorial Day Weekend.......

We started our Memorial Day by having Aunt Andrea, Uncle John, Angelina, Gramary and Grandad over. Angelina climbed stairs for the first time. She looked as if she had done it many times before.....

She was very fast......

We enjoyed playing outside despite the sweltering heat!

Angelina would catch a glimpse of me swinging beside her and laugh!!

Gramary even joined in on the fun......

Playing in the club house.....

I shared the wheel with Angelina.....

and wanted her to follow me up....

she tried really hard. I predict she will be at the top in no time. It was a fun Sunday!

We spent Monday at the Sloan's.

Meghan was all dressed up and enjoying lots of attention....

She was very happy to see Aunt Jodi!

Following lunch, we spent the afternoon swimming.....

Daddy pretended to be a whale and let me take a ride on his back.....

Gavin did a great job swimming with his life jacket!

Hunter took a ride on his daddy too........

Madalynn was hanging out with Aunt Angela in the hot tub.....

Grandma started stripping Meghan since it was so hot outside.....

I needed a juice break.....

Gavin's little brother Aiden was ready to get in the pool!

Meghan and grandma sat poolside in the shade just taking it all in.....

I watched Hunter dive off the board into the pool. I got onto the board, walked to the edge and then changed my mind.....

Gavin in the hot tub with his mommy, daddy and little brother.....

Madalynn sitting on the John Deere......

I practiced jumping to Aunt Jodi......

Madalynn watched as daddy pulled Uncle James into the pool.....

Practicing paid off....well, that and a little bribery! Daddy promised me a new hot wheel color changer if I would jump.....

The rest is history.....

I couldn't stop! I loved it!

Gavin was brave also and did a great job jumping!

Megs tried out the jumper inside but didn't stay in it for long. I think the fact that her little feet couldn't touch the ground bothered her....

The Many Faces Of Matthew........

Going for mean but looking a bit happy!

Surprised!

Mad!

Excited!

Silly!!

Intimidating!

Going for thoughtful but looking a bit confused!!
Someone get this kid an agent......

Let The Good Times Roll!

Meghan has been hanging out on her side for some time now. When mommy lays her down she will roll to her side and try really hard to make it all the way over. Well, tonight when mommy was getting her ready for bed guess what happened.....

Meghan rolled over for the first time! Of course it had to be right after mommy took off her diaper, but we were so excited we took the picture anyway!!

Bayou Park Wild Life Adventure!

This morning Keira and I were up bright and early ready to go on our safari! The park didn't open until 10am so after breakfast daddy made us a palate on the living room floor so we could watch Little Einsteins and rest before our big adventure..........

As soon as we entered the park our truck was surrounded by emu's with there long necks, beaks, and big eyes. It really freaked daddy out. Mommy and Jamye thought it was hilarious! Keira and I just sat back to enjoy the show......

It took me a minute to warm up to the animals......

Keira was ready with our bucket of food.....

I jumped in to help once I saw the deer was friendly!

I even bravely tried to feed him out of my hand.....

Oh Deer!

Monkeying around!

Going in for a closer look at the giraffes!

There was a petting zoo next door to the giraffes that housed pigs, goats and other small animals...

We stayed outside and fed them by lining up the food on the door. The goats didn't seem to mind and eagerly ate the food.....

It was time to board the little trolley for our safari. Megs was enjoying all the animals too!

She was such a good girl, especially considering the heat!

All aboard!

Daddy had the video camera in hand, mommy had Megs and Keira and I were too small to feed the larger animals on our own so Jamye was stuck with the bucket! Some of the animals were a little aggressive with the feedings and there were a couple of times Jamye had to literally pull the bucket out from under them!

"Pee Wee" the rhino was really big!

I think he was interested in what I was drinking!

There were lots of different animals from Africa, India and Asia that were really beautiful!

I was eager to see a Llama up close. Mommy reads me "Is Your Mamma A Llama" at home. It's a great book!

More giraffes.....

When I saw the ostrich coming in for the food, I ditched the bucket really fast!

Buffalo....

The camels swarmed us like flies! This was one of the times Jamye really had to pull the bucket away!!

It was really awesome!

Keira and I were in awww.....

We kept watching them as we drove away!

The zebras were beautiful! Some had brown stripes and others black...

Keira had been talking about the zebras since she woke up that morning. They also had a zonkey (zebra bred with a donkey)!
