Hip Hip Hooray We Went To Gymboree Today......

We participated in a preview class at Gymboree today.

There were all sorts of things to climb on.........

and up......

and through.......

and under.......

and out of .......

They had song time and game time and even a huge parachute that our mommies lifted up above our heads as we crawled underneath.

I have to give a shout out to my buddy Sam who invited us to the class today. It also happens to be his first birthday!

Swimming In My New Pool..........

Mommy bought me a new pool today. Now I can play in the water on our patio in the shade.

First Let me check the temperature.....

My buddy Sam came over to swim with me.........

Mrs. Meghan used the seashell cup to make it rain on us.........

I really liked the waterfall........

I love Sam. I followed him around the apartment just to give him a sweet kiss.........

How I Spent Memorial Day........

I started my Memorial Day on a sad note because Gramary had to go back to Houston early this morning........

Saying goodbye.......

To take my mind off of Gramary leaving, I decided to see if I could fit inside the empty wipes box..........

Following my long and restful afternoon nap mommy and daddy took me to PetSmart to see the animals. Daddy calls it the poor man's zoo, which mommy thinks is pretty funny:)

I enjoyed watching the birds, snakes, fish and lizards, but I especially liked it when I was able to stroll around the store on my own. I decided to stop at the window of a large rat and observe him for a while.........

After leaving the animals behind, daddy treated us to a Blizzard from Dairy Queen and then we stopped by the park to play.........

I had fun climbing up the rock wall.......

and up again........

but this time I didn't have as much help.......

Mommy and I went down the slide......

Daddy and I pretended to be monkey's.....

What a fun day!!!!

At bath time daddy put on a hippo puppet show just for me.......

It was Hilarious!

Today we took Gramary to Helotes which is a little town right outside of San Antonio. We went to church there and then to a Mexican restaurant called El Chapparel for lunch.

Our TV decided to stop working a few days ago, so daddy decided to buy a new one. We were lucky it went out close to Memorial day and we were able to get a great deal. I just had to check out the big box for our new TV..........

Saturday With The Stars..........

Daddy had to work a Silver Stars basketball game this afternoon and brought mommy, gramary and I along.

The game was very loud so I spent most of my time in the family room where I played with toys and gramary and mommy watched a movie........

I paused for a brief moment to accept a quick squeeze from gramary.......

There were so many trucks. It was as if the toy room was designed just for me.......

Coming through.........

There were little tables just my size that I used to drive the trucks on and under........

Occasionally we would venture into the stadium to see what was happening. I was amazed as I watched the bright lights and tall people dribbling the basketball up and down the court......

It was hard to stay focused........

I needed a snack after all the excitement........

Shopping For Shoes..........

I am going shopping for my first pair of walking shoes today..........

and I am very excited.........

We met Mrs. Meghan and Sam at LaCantera to begin our quest for shoes. It didn't take long for us to work up an appetite and head for Chick-fil-A.........

I need more food......

Sam decided the ice cream looked too good to eat with a spoon and dove right in.........

I was being silly playing with the spoon and making funny faces.......

Mommy found a shirt for me. I was trying to put it on, but the darn hanger was in the way.......

Sam and I had lots of fun playing in a sitting area outside. Can I climb on this?

Or maybe Sam and I will just beat on it like a big drum........

I was into everything, even the plant's...........

We eventually accomplished what we set out to do and I am now the proud owner of my first pair of walking shoes. Mommy bought me white PediPed sandals. They stay on very well and daddy let me break them in by playing in the fitness center.........

I think my new shoes make me an even better climber......
