My Christmas Party At School.......

Mommy and grandpa came to pick me up early today and participate in my Christmas party. We decorated sugar cookies together....

Mommy helped me spread the icing....

and pour the sprinkles......

Most of the M & M's ended up in my mouth before they ever made it to the cookie!

I am finished!

Time to enjoy my creation.....Yummy!

Saying goodbye to Mrs.Stephanie who is leaving our class after 7 years at the school. I will miss her!

My First Christmas Program.....

Following my early performance which you can see a clip of at the bottom of this post, We went to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I ate well and wanted a peppermint to top off my full stomache.......

Rocking chair + peppermint = sweet relaxation!

Nothing like a little game of checkers to work off a big breakfast!

check-mate! Following our big meal, we did some Christmas shopping. It was a fun, but long day!

This morning I sang in my first Christmas program for school. It was during the morning service at Clear Creek Community Church. Gramary and Grandad came to watch me. I loved being in front of the microphone and wasn't intemedated at all by the large crowd gathered to watch us perform. I did get a little upset when one of the teachers asked me to leave the microphone alone...

Meeting Santa......

Daddy found out that Santa was going to be meeting with boys and girls today at the Bass Pro Shop to hear their Christmas wishes. I was very excited to see him! While waiting in line I posed with Frosty.......

and watched the Christmas train chugging along......

Finally my turn had arrived. Mommy helped place me on Santas knee and translate what I was asking for......" A hyper drive car".....Translation.... a car that goes fast!

With my request made, I stood by to check out the reindeer with daddy......

One final pass by the train table.....

Then it was time to help daddy make reindeer candy canes.....

This is fun!

All done!

There were lots of stuffed animals to look at in the store. They even had a huge fish tank with a water fall!

I am wishing big this year....I think I need this under my tree!

Mrs. Alex Wedding.....

We were invited to a wedding for one of grandma's co-workers, Mrs. Alex. It was at the Hotel Galvez inGalveston. Mommy knew her parents from her days as a nurse at Dr. Smith's office. The whole office was there. Dr. and Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Delores.....

Daddy's turn to be in the picture....

There goes the bride!

Time to cut loose on the dance floor.....

They had a beautiful Christmas tree that I wanted to pose in front of......

I joined in the fun and danced with the bride......

Then I didn't want to let go of her hand......

so we danced some more, but this time the groom joined in. I think I made him jealous!

I slow danced with mommy before we called it a night!

The palm trees outside were wrapped in Christmas lights....

One last picture with Mrs. Delores before heading home!

Snow Day!

Although it is hard to tell from this photo, Christmas came early to Houston Texas in the form of little white snowflakes! Mommy dressed me warm and we went out side to see them. I had a great time catching them in my gloves. Too bad they were just melting when they hit the ground:(

We bundled up for a trip to the store. While in the truck it began snowing even harder!

Daddy met up with us for a little holiday shopping. Having a snow day was fun!!

Decorating The Christmas Tree.....

Today mommy and I put up the Christmas tree.......

I helped decorate it while we listened to Christmas music......

I had a special spot picked for every ornament......

Daddy helped me reach the high, baron places.....

I could do the rest on my own. Quite often a branch would end up with more than one ornament, but I thought it looked great!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I woke up Thanksgiving morning ready to celebrate! Grandma was already cooking and had some of her decorations out on the table. I ate breakfast with the paper turkey.....

Uncle James, Aunt Angela and Madalynn arrived shortly before lunch. We decided to go on a walk before eating all the delicious food!

Later in the day Makenzie, Lexi and Hunter arrived. We put on our turkey hats (except for Makenzie, she decided to be a pilgrim) and went for a ride......

Little turkey on the loose!

Grandma corralled us all into the cage like little animals.....

and started feeding us Fruit Loops....Gobble, Gobble!!!

UH vs Memphis..........

I was sick with croup this past week, but since I am doing much better and the cold air helps my cough, mommy and daddy decided to take me to the UH game today. Daddy even bought me some popcorn......

I love popcorn and managed to eat the entire bucket on my own!

The forcast called for sunny skies by kick off but wouldn't you know it was rainy and cold! Daddy made us some covers out of trash bags to keep us dry.......

It continued to get colder as the game went on so daddy tried to keep me warm.....

Mommy wrapped me up in her sweater. We snuggled until the half time show was over then we headed home for a little nap.....
