It's Party Time......

I had a my birthday celebration at grandma's house again this year. We went with a Little Einstein theme......

Happy Birthday To Me!

I woke up to presents this morning!! After all, today is my 2nd birthday! Mommy and daddy brought me milk and sang to me in my crib before taking me to the living room and placing me in my bird's nest (actually a pile of strategically placed pillows covered with a blanket in which I pretend to be a baby bird). Mommy and daddy had decorated my presents the night before with colorful birthday pictures and wishes.....

Being the smart boy that I am, I chose the larger of the two presents to open first.....

What could it be?

After playing with my new toys for a while, mommy and I were off to The Woodland's Mall to have my picture taken. I went to the pet store and played on the playground. After lunch we rode the carousel. This time I wanted to sit on the frog.....

Marble Slab gave me a free ice cream creation for my birthday....

I chose sweet cream with M & M's mixed in......Yummy!

Opening my presents!

Jam Session

Daddy bought me a piano for an early birthday present. I was really excited to play it and loved how loudly I could sing with the microphone. I practiced the alphabet song, Jesus Loves Me, Itsy Bitsy Spider and several more of my favorite songs. Then I had fun rocking out to my own tune! It was a serious jam session!

At home I have a few puppet friends.....Horace the horse and Max the monkey and Blue the dog are my favorites. I will do just about anything if they ask me to. That is how daddy gets me to sing on camera!

Saying Goodbye!

While I was watching cartoons this morning Sam gave me a goodbye hug!

We even held hands on the way to the airport! I am going to miss my good buddy!

Round and Round We Go........

We took Mrs. Meghan and Sam to The Woodlands Mall this morning. We ate some Chick-fil-A and had yummy milkshakes. I had a hard time sharing mine because I wanted to drink it all!

After lunch, we rode the carousel. Sam sat on a tiger.....

I picked a horse.....

We went round and round.....

up and down....

Then we stopped by the playground. I liked going over the beaver bridge!

I could crawl across the sunflowers.....

but I think I will rest on the back of a bee and let Sam do the crawling behind me....

By the time we finished playing we were really tired and ready to take our naps, but mommy just had to take a picture of us at the entrance to the Children's Museum.....

Sam made bath time so much fun!

Mommy's Birthday!

Today was mommy's birthday! We decided to take Sam and Mrs. Meghan to It'z. Sam and I wore our Chicago Cubs shirts......

At It'z we sat in the toon room to eat our pizza. They were playing the Flinstones on Cartoon Network....

After lunch we headed to the game room for some fun! Sam went up and down in the jet....

Every time we come to It'z I want to ride the roller coaster but always fall below the acceptable height. Today the man running the ride said he would let me on as long as mommy would ride with me....

This was our first roller coaster ride!

Sam and I also enjoyed riding the train....

and shooting some hoops. You could tell Sam had been practicing. He made a basket just about every time he threw the ball....

We even played a game together!

We practiced some dance moves.....

After our afternoon nap, we dressed for dinner and played on the patio.....

After ordering we headed outside to pass some time while waiting on the food to arrive. This is Sam, Hunter and I looking out at the waterfall.....

After dinner, Sam and I found a spot to play.....

Before leaving, daddy let us get in the bed of the truck to run around some more. We had picked up a couple of carnations from the dinner table and were still holding on to them....
